The invention discloses a profiled steel reinforced concrete composite shear wall, a connecting node and a construction method. The profiled steel reinforced concrete composite shear wall comprises a prefabricated profiled steel reinforced shear wall structure, a horizontal connecting node structure, a vertical connecting node structure and the construction method. The structure comprises a rectangular steel frame, corrugated steel ribs welded to the steel frame are arranged in the steel frame, the corrugated steel ribs are integrally formed structural plates of concave-convex structures, anti-crack steel bars are arranged on the front face and the back face of the steel frame, a concrete structural layer is arranged on an integral structure formed by the steel frame and the anti-crack steel bars, and preformed holes are formed in the concrete structural layer. According to the prefabricated shear wall, the corrugated steel ribs are arranged in the steel frame structure to serve as supports, compared with an existing prefabricated shear wall with pure steel bars, better stability can be achieved, any position of the metal structure of the frame can be fixedly welded or installed in other forms in the installation process, and the installation efficiency of site construction is improved.
本发明公开了压型钢骨混凝土组合剪力墙、连接节点及施工方法,包括预制的压型钢骨剪力墙结构,水平连接节点构造,竖向连接节点构造以及施工方法。其包括矩形的钢边框,钢边框的内部设置与其焊接的波纹钢骨,波纹钢骨呈凹凸状结构的一体成型结构板,钢边框的正反两面均设有抗裂钢筋,钢边框与抗裂钢筋形成的整体结构上设有混凝土结构层,混凝土结构层内设有预留孔,其采用的钢边框结构内设置波纹钢骨作为支撑的形式,相较于现有的单纯钢筋的预制剪力墙,能够具有更好的稳定性,并且边框的金属结构能够在安装过程中任意一处进行固定焊接或者其他形式的安装,提高现场施工的安装效率。
