Concave-convex tree-grain honeycomb aluminum composite board and manufacturing method thereof

Preparing aluminum plates, honeycomb aluminum core plates, fiber cloth, sound-absorbing cotton, polystyrene and aluminum hydrogen compounds with proper sizes and quantity; and secondly, surface treatment is conducted, specifically, surface treatment is conducted on the aluminum plate. Different properties of the honeycomb aluminum composite board are changed by changing the proportion of the fiber cloth, the sound-absorbing cotton, the polystyrene and the aluminum hydrogen compound in the honeycomb aluminum composite board, so that adjustment can be performed according to different use environments, and the application range of the honeycomb aluminum composite board is widened.
