Wherein the proportion of the aluminum plate is 10%-20%, the proportion of the honeycomb aluminum core plate is 50%-60%, the proportion of the fiber cloth is 5%-20%, the proportion of the sound-absorbing cotton is 5%-20%, the proportion of the polystyrene is 5%-20%, and the proportion of the aluminum hydrogen compound is 0.1%-1%. Preparing aluminum plates, honeycomb aluminum core plates, fiber cloth, sound-absorbing cotton, polystyrene and aluminum hydrogen compounds with proper sizes and quantity; and secondly, surface treatment is conducted, specifically, surface treatment is conducted on the aluminum plate. Different properties of the honeycomb aluminum composite board are changed by changing the proportion of the fiber cloth, the sound-absorbing cotton, the polystyrene and the aluminum hydrogen compound in the honeycomb aluminum composite board, so that adjustment can be performed according to different use environments, and the application range of the honeycomb aluminum composite board is widened.
