The invention relates to a foldable single-side formwork supporting device and a construction method thereof.The foldable single-side formwork supporting device comprises a plurality of foldable formwork supporting systems connected in sequence; each foldable formwork supporting system comprises a moving system, a foldable formwork system, a foldable supporting system and a butt joint system, the foldable formwork system is supported on one side of the moving system after being unfolded, and the foldable supporting systems are installed on the upper surface of the moving system and the back face of the foldable formwork system; the folding supporting systems are supported between the back face of the folding formwork system and the upper surface of the moving system after being unfolded, and the butt joint systems are arranged on the two sides of the back face of the folding formwork system and used for being connected with the adjacent folding formwork supporting systems. The invention is an integral prefabricated part, avoids on-site assembly, saves the construction period, is in a folded state when not in work, and is small in size and convenient to transport; during construction, the construction process is greatly simplified, and labor is saved.
