A pouring space is defined by the multiple fixed formworks and the multiple heating formworks, the pouring space is used for pouring concrete, each temperature measuring device comprises multiple temperature measuring units arranged in the vertical direction, the multiple temperature measuring units are arranged on the fixed formworks in a penetrating mode, and each temperature measuring unit is provided with multiple temperature measuring areas arranged at intervals in the length direction of the temperature measuring unit. According to the concrete heating and curing device, the temperature of concrete can be monitored in real time in the actual curing process, so that the concrete is always at the proper curing temperature, and the curing quality of the concrete is guaranteed.
