The invention discloses a non-combustible heat preservation and sound insulation functional board, a decorative board and a preparation method thereof, and the non-combustible heat preservation and sound insulation functional board is characterized by comprising a bottom double-layer glass fabric, a base material layer, an upper double-layer glass fabric and a sanding layer which are arranged in sequence; the base material layer comprises the following components: 90 to 110 Kg of magnesium oxide; 120-140 Kg of a magnesium sulfate solution with the concentration of 15-25%; 8 to 15 Kg of fine wood powder; 18 to 32 Kg of fine powder; 0.8 to 1.5 Kg of a modifier; 0.18 to 0.25 m < 3 > of polyphenyl particles; the sanding layer is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 90 to 110 Kg of magnesium oxide; 120-140 Kg of a magnesium sulfate solution with the concentration of 15-25%; 10 to 20 Kg of fine wood powder; 10 to 20 Kg of fine powder; and 0.8 to 1.5 Kg of a modifier. The composite board has the advantages of fire prevention, high strength, light weight, heat preservation, sound insulation, impact resistance and the like.
