The invention provides a telescopic boom forklift loader and an accessory assembling and disassembling method.The telescopic boom forklift loader comprises a quick-changing device installed at the end of a boom frame and an accessory installed on the quick-changing device, the quick-changing device comprises a mounting base, a locking component is arranged at the front end of the mounting base, and the locking component is connected with the quick-changing device. The locking component comprises guide sleeves connected to the two sides of the mounting base, a lead screw penetrating through the mounting base and a driving component, locking pins are arranged at the two ends of the lead screw, and the driving component drives the lead screw to rotate so that the locking pins can move in the guide sleeves in a reciprocating mode. The accessory is provided with a hanging lug, and the hanging lug is connected with the guide sleeve through the locking pin. The quick-change device is low in manufacturing cost, light in weight and high in compatibility, hydraulic connectors reserved for accessories cannot be occupied, hydraulic oil ways are reduced, and arrangement of pipelines on the quick-change device and the arm support is facilitated.
