The invention relates to self-repairing recycled concrete containing microorganisms, and belongs to the technical field of recycled concrete. In the preparation process of the mixed bacteria composite hydrogel solution, the mixed bacteria solution and the hydrogel raw material are mixed and finally uniformly solidified in the hydrogel material, and the hydrogel material improves the living environment of flora, so that the self-repairing performance of the recycled concrete is improved. Moreover, the gluconic acid solution contains gluconic acid lactone, on one hand, gluconic acid lactone is beneficial to reducing the surface tension of water in the concrete, the water in the concrete can be more easily and uniformly distributed, and the recycled aggregate modified by the gluconic acid solution is used as a concrete raw material, so that the concrete is more easily stirred and poured, and the gluconic acid solution plays a role of a water reducing agent; and on the other hand, a plurality of hydroxyl groups are contained and can form hydrogen bonds with groups such as hydroxyl groups in the hydrogel, so that the binding force between the hydrogel and gluconolactone is enhanced, and the tensile strength of the recycled concrete is improved.
本发明涉及一种含微生物自修复再生混凝土,属于再生混凝土技术领域。本发明混菌复合水凝胶溶液制造过程中,混合菌液与水凝胶原料混合,最后均匀固化在水凝胶材料中,水凝胶材料改善了菌群的生存环境,从而提升了再生混凝土的自修复性能。并且,葡萄糖酸溶液中含有葡糖酸内酯,葡糖酸内酯一方面有助于减小混凝土中水分表面张力,混凝土中的水分会更容易均匀分布,把用葡萄糖酸溶液改性后的再生骨料作为混凝土原料,从而使混凝土更容易搅拌和浇注,起到减水剂作用,无需再添加减水剂,另一方面由于含有多个羟基,可与水凝胶中的羟基等基团形成氢键,有助于增强水凝胶与葡糖酸内酯之间的结合力,改善了再生混凝土的抗拉强度。
