Concrete microorganism self-repairing material and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses a concrete microorganism self-repairing material and a preparation method thereof. The concrete microorganism self-repairing material comprises microorganism starch microspheres, water-absorbent resin, silicon dioxide, calcium oxide and calcium phosphate. The microbial starch microspheres are prepared by crosslinking microbial components and modified starch; the modified starch is prepared by carrying out grafting reaction on silylene phosphate and starch; the silylene phosphate has a structure as shown in a formula A in the specification. According to the concrete microorganism self-repairing material provided by the invention, the microorganism components and the modified starch are crosslinked to prepare the microorganism starch microspheres, and then the microorganism starch microspheres are compounded with the water-absorbent resin, the silicon dioxide, the calcium oxide and the calcium phosphate to prepare the concrete microorganism self-repairing material, moreover, the high-temperature resistance and anti-permeability of the self-repairing material can be improved, so that the concrete microorganism self-repairing material can permanently and stably play a repairing role in concrete, and the service life of the concrete material is prolonged. # imgabs0 #
