Belonging to the field of carbon sequestration concrete materials, the invention discloses a tunnel hole slag stone powder based carbon sequestration green concrete, which is composed of 900-1300 parts of carbon sequestration aggregate, 100-600 parts of tunnel hole slag stone powder, 300-800 parts of calcium-rich gelling component, 20-40 parts of diagenesis agent, 0-5 parts of water reducer and 150-200 parts of water. The waste hole slag stone powder generated in the tunnel excavation process is combined with the calcium-rich gelling component, the carbon-sequestration green concrete is prepared through the carbon-sequestration aggregate, recycling of the tunnel hole slag stone powder is achieved, carbon adsorption of the concrete is improved by combining the carbon-sequestration aggregate, and carbon emission in the concrete preparation process is reduced. The carbon sequestration rate of the prepared tunnel hole slag stone powder-based carbon sequestration green concrete can reach 8.3%-12.6%, and carbon emission in the concrete preparation process is effectively reduced.
本发明公开了一种隧道洞渣石粉基固碳绿色混凝土,属于固碳混凝土材料领域,其组成为:固碳骨料900~1300份、隧道洞渣石粉100~600份、富钙型胶凝组分300‑800份、成岩剂20~40份、减水剂0~5份和水150~200份。本发明利用隧道开挖过程中产生的废弃洞渣石粉结合富钙型胶凝组分,通过固碳骨料制备得到固碳绿色混凝土,在实现隧道洞渣石粉的重复利用,结合固碳骨料提升了混凝土的碳吸附,降低混凝土制备过程中的碳排放。本发明制备的隧道洞渣石粉基固碳绿色混凝土的固碳率可达到8.3%~12.6%,有效降低了混凝土制备过程中的碳排放。
