The antistatic straw-based floor base material provided by the invention is prepared from 100 parts of modified straw, 10 to 15 parts of isocyanate, 50 to 80 parts of polyvinyl chloride resin, 5 to 8 parts of a lubricant, 2 to 5 parts of a stabilizer, 30 to 40 parts of an antistatic agent, 5 to 10 parts of corn starch, 4 to 8 parts of maleic anhydride, 15 to 20 parts of a plasticizer and 10 to 20 parts of a cross-linking agent, the modified straw is obtained by sequentially modifying straw with an alkaline solution and a silane coupling agent. A floor prepared from the floor base material provided by the invention is non-conductive, high-temperature-resistant and heat-resistant, and the propagation speed can be reduced when accidents such as electric leakage or a fire disaster occur. Finally, the modified straw and the corn starch are used as preparation raw materials, the obtained floor base material has the characteristic of degradability, and the environmental protection pressure caused by waste floors is effectively reduced.
