The bridge deck pavement chiseling device comprises a machine shell, a guide sleeve, an air compression piston, an impact piston, an impact hammer and a splitting drill rod, the guide sleeve is rotationally arranged in the machine shell, the air compression piston is arranged in an inner cavity of the guide sleeve in a reciprocating sliding mode through a cam connecting rod mechanism, and the impact piston is arranged at the end, away from the cam connecting rod mechanism, of the air compression piston; the end, away from the cam connecting rod mechanism, of the guide sleeve is fixedly connected with a splitting drill rod, one end of the splitting drill rod is arranged in an inner cavity of the guide sleeve, and the impact hammers are arranged in the inner cavity of the guide sleeve in a sliding mode and arranged between the impact piston and the splitting drill rod at intervals. A plurality of piston cavities are formed in the splitting drill rod at intervals, the piston cavities are perpendicular to the axial direction of the splitting drill rod, and a plurality of splitting heads are arranged in the piston cavities in a telescopic mode; the problems that when bridge deck pavement of a diseased bridge is removed, small equipment can only be used for chiseling due to the fact that large equipment cannot be used, the chiseling speed of the small equipment is low, the overall manpower consumption is large, and the efficiency is low are solved.
