Prefabricated square culvert and prefabrication and installation process method thereof
The invention discloses a prefabricated square culvert and a prefabrication and installation process method thereof, relates to a prefabricated concrete square culvert, and further relates to an installation process method of the prefabricated square culvert. The problem that no prefabricated square culvert exists in the current industrial technology is solved. The square culvert comprises two straight-line-shaped wall bodies, at least two culvert body pipe joints and a plurality of prestress tie bars. The culvert body pipe joints are butted into a whole in a bell and spigot manner; the end head of the culvert body pipe joint is inserted into a central hole of the straight wall body; and all the prestressed tie bars penetrate through the front ends and the rear ends of the culvert pipes which are connected into a whole and always provide mutually-pressed prestress for the culvert body pipe joints. The mounting process method comprises the following steps: firstly, mounting the two linear wall bodies; culvert body pipe joints are connected into an integral culvert pipe through a straight-line-shaped wall body, and then prestress is applied; and prefabrication and installation are completed. The multiple culvert body pipe joints are connected end to end through the bell and spigot, large prestress always exists, and the stability of connection of the multiple culvert body pipe joints cannot be affected even if external force such as sedimentation occurs.
本发明公开一种预制装配式方涵及其预制安装工艺方法,涉及一种预制装配式混凝土方涵,还涉及装配式方涵的安装工艺方法。以解决目前产业技术中没有预制装配式方涵的问题。方涵包括两个一字墙体、至少两节涵身管节和多根预应力拉筋;涵身管节之间采用承插口的方式对接为整体;涵身管节的端头插接在一字墙体的中心孔中;所有的预应力拉筋贯穿于联成整体的涵管前端和后端并始终给涵身管节提供相互压紧的预应力。安装工艺方法是先安装两个一字墙体;依托一字墙体把涵身管节联成整体的涵管,然后施加预应力;完成预制安装。多节涵身管节之间通过承插口首尾相连接并始终存在很大的预应力,出现了沉降等外力作用,也不会影响多节涵身管节连接的稳定性。
