The invention discloses a dam piping plugging device which comprises a plugging assembly arranged at the piping position, and the diameter of the plugging assembly is adjustable. The filtering assembly is arranged outside the plugging assembly in a sleeving manner, and the plugging assembly is connected with the filtering assembly. According to the dam piping plugging device, the multiple filtering assemblies are detachably spliced, and the dam piping plugging device is suitable for emergency plugging of single piping and grouped piping; by arranging the flaring assembly, adjustment can be conducted according to the size of a piping opening, the device can be suitable for piping of different calibers, the flaring assembly can expand the piping opening and gather soil around the piping opening, and the surrounding soil becomes more compact and is not prone to loss; by arranging the telescopic supporting rod, the supporting point of the filtering assembly can be adjusted, and the filtering assembly can be supported no matter whether the land near the piping opening is soft or not.
