The invention discloses a high-node-rigidity self-adaptive prestress fish-belly sill structure which comprises an upper chord beam, a plurality of supporting frame assemblies and steel strands, triangular connecting plates are arranged at the two ends of the upper chord beam, and the steel strands are connected to the triangular connecting plates at the two ends of the upper chord beam through the upper portions of supporting frames; the triangular connecting plate comprises two profile steel frames and a reinforcing part, the two profile steel frames and the upper chord beam form a triangular connecting component, one profile steel frame of the triangular connecting plate is provided with a steel strand access port, and the steel strand access port is arranged at the position of the profile steel frame which is 1/2-2/3 of the height of the triangular connecting plate; the steel strand is connected into the triangular connecting plate through the steel strand connecting port, and the tail end of the steel strand is fixedly connected to the upper chord beam. The invention further discloses a prestress applying method based on the fish-belly sill structure. The problem that deformation is large due to the fact that the rigidity of the connecting position of the steel strand and the triangular connecting plate is small is solved, self-adaptive adjustment of prestress can be conducted, foundation pit deformation is rapidly and effectively controlled, and construction safety is guaranteed.
本发明公开了一种高节点刚度自适应预应力鱼腹梁结构,包括上弦梁,若干支撑架组件以及钢绞线,在上弦梁两端设置有三角连接板,钢绞线经由各支撑架上部连接于上弦梁两端的三角连接板;三角连接板包括两型钢边框和加强部,两型钢边框与上弦梁形成三角形连接构件,三角连接板的其中一型钢边框上设置钢绞线接入端口,钢绞线接入端口设置在三角形连接板1/2~2/3高度的型钢边框处,钢绞线经由钢绞线接入端口接入三角连接板,其末端连接固定于上弦梁。本发明还公开了一种基于上述鱼腹梁结构的预应力施加方法。本申请解决了解决了钢绞线与三角连接板连接处刚度小而出现的变形大问题,可进行预应力的自适应调整,快速有效的控制基坑变形,保障了施工的安全性。
