本发明公开了南方教学楼装配式加跨交错桁架结构,第一建筑模块、第二建筑模块和第三建筑模块沿着长度方向依次连接,第二边梁与同一层的第一边梁之间形成折角A,该折角A的范围为0‑45度,第三边梁与同一层的第二边梁之间形成折角B,该折角B的范围为135‑180度。通过各模块之间的错动形成锯齿状的外形,不受建筑楼栋平面布局以及基地边界异形的影响,可获得更好的采光角度并增加采光面积,达到建筑总平面上形态扭转而采光方向不变的效果,更加适合南方教学楼。通过设置加跨模块,在建筑的南北面获得突破楼板限制的通高空间,增加了空间表现力,打破了交错桁架体系的均质化空间。还可实现教学楼与养老中心、医院等公共建筑之间的转换。
