The invention discloses a construction dehumidification method and device for a roof comprising a waterproof layer. The dehumidification method comprises the following steps that a plurality of vent pipes are buried when a functional layer below the waterproof layer is constructed; constructing a waterproof layer; while the waterproof layer is constructed, hot air with the humidity lower than the critical value is alternately input into the vent pipes, and vacuum dehumidification is conducted on the vent pipes through a vacuum pump; a humidity sensor is arranged in each vent pipe, an automatic valve is arranged on each vent pipe, opening of the automatic valves is controlled according to detection data of the humidity sensors, and in the vacuumizing process, the vent pipes are continuously in the partially-opened and partially-closed state. According to the construction dehumidification method and device for the roof comprising the waterproof layer, the vent pipe is pre-buried in the functional layer below the waterproof layer, and the vent pipe is vacuumized, so that release of water vapor in the waterproof layer is accelerated, the maintenance time is shortened, and the construction time of the building roof is shortened.
本发明公开了一种包括防水层的屋面的施工抽湿方法及抽湿装置,该抽湿方法包括以下步骤:施工防水层下方的功能层时埋设多根透气管;施工防水层;在施工防水层的同时,交替的向透气管输入湿度低于临界值的热空气以及通过真空泵对各透气管进行真空抽湿;各透气管内各配置一个湿度传感器,各透气管上各设置一个自动阀,根据湿度传感器的检测数据控制自动阀的开启,在抽真空过程中,各透气管持续的处于部分开启,部分关闭的状态。本发明提供的包括防水层的屋面的施工抽湿方法及抽湿装置,通过在防水层下方的功能层中预埋透气管,并通过对透气管抽真空,如此加速防水层内水汽的释放,从而缩短养护时间,也即缩短了建筑屋面的施工时间。
