To provide a dehumidifying/humidifying rotor that can easily be manufactured.SOLUTION: The dehumidifying/humidifying rotor of a disc-like overall shape made from foamed ceramic 3 having a plurality of intercommunicating pores 2, with the foamed ceramic 3 containing moisture adsorption powder 4, is constructed in such a manner that the moisture adsorption powder 4 is exposed on an inner face 5 of the pores 2 to allow air passing through the pores 2 to contact the exposed moisture adsorption powder 4.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
