The invention provides an assembly type elevator shaft mounting process which specifically comprises the following steps: prefabricating a foundation, a bottom layer shaft, a middle layer shaft and a top layer shaft, hoisting the bottom layer shaft to the foundation, hoisting the middle layer shaft to the bottom layer shaft, hoisting the top layer shaft to the middle layer shaft, and building blocks between cross beams of the shafts; according to the assembly type elevator shaft installation technology, the modularized elevator shaft single bodies are hoisted, stacked and connected, prefabrication of the foundation, the bottom layer shaft, the middle layer shaft and the top layer shaft can be conducted at the same time, the occupied site is reduced, the installation time of the assembly type elevator shaft is shortened, the construction period is shortened, and the construction efficiency is improved. And in addition, the butt joint positioning mode of the upper-layer hoistway and the lower-layer hoistway is simple, and the installation time can be shortened.
本发明提供一种装配式电梯井安装工艺,具体通过预制地基、预制底层井道、预制中间层井道和预制顶层井道,再把底层井道吊到地基上,把中间层井道吊到底层井道上,把顶层井道吊到中间层井道上,在井道的横梁间砌块砌筑,最后井道整体墙面粉刷装饰,由于本发明设置了一种装配式电梯井安装工艺,采用模块化电梯井道单体吊装堆叠连接,并可以同时在进行地基、底层井道、中间层井道、顶层井道的预制,减少对现场的场地的占用,缩短装配式电梯井的安装时间,最大限度减少对居民的影响,并且上下两层井道对接定位方式简单,有利于减少安装时间。
