The foundation well and the reinforcing well both penetrate through a weak layer of the strip mine, an inclined shaft is dug in the weak layer, the inclined shaft penetrates through the reinforcing well and the foundation well, reinforcing meshes and steel cables are erected in the reinforcing well, the foundation well and the inclined shaft to support the reinforcing well, the foundation well and the inclined shaft, then concrete is poured into the reinforcing well, the foundation well and the inclined shaft, and the reinforcing well is formed. The reinforcing well, the foundation well and the inclined well form a connected whole, a supporting effect on a weak layer is achieved, and the weak layer is not prone to instability.
