Laminated glass with shell-like structure and preparation method thereof
The invention provides laminated glass with a shell-imitating structure and a preparation method of the laminated glass. The laminated glass comprises an inner shell-imitating layer, a shear hardening sandwich layer and an outer shell-imitating layer, the shear hardening sandwich layer is prepared from hydroxyl silicone oil and boride in a mass ratio of (18-22): 1. The sandwich layer formed by the hydroxyl silicone oil and the boride and the shell-imitating layer with the shell-imitating structural characteristics are introduced into the laminated glass, and through the combined action of the shear hardening sandwich layer and the shell-imitating layer, the heat insulation performance of the laminated glass and the impact resistance of the laminated glass at different impact speeds are improved.
本发明提供了一种具有仿贝壳结构的夹层玻璃及其制备方法,夹层玻璃包括内侧仿贝壳层、剪切变硬夹芯层和外侧仿贝壳层;所述剪切变硬夹芯层由质量比为18~22:1的羟基硅油和硼化物制得。本发明在夹层玻璃中引入采用羟基硅油和硼化物形成的夹芯层和具有仿贝壳结构特征的仿贝壳层,通过剪切变硬夹芯层和仿贝壳层共同作用,提升了夹层玻璃的隔热性能和在不同冲击速度下的抗冲击性能。
