Raw materials comprise 200-500 parts of aggregate, 40-120 parts of modified polystyrene particles, 40-80 parts of a flame retardant, 80-150 parts of water, 1-2 parts of a polycarboxylate superplasticizer, 1-2 parts of a tackifier, 1-2 parts of an accelerator, 1-2 parts of a composite reinforcing agent, 2-10 parts of an air entraining agent, 10-30 parts of a first adhesive and 5-10 parts of first aerogel powder. The aerogel composite expandable polystyrene non-combustible plate prepared by the invention has better thermal insulation property and good mechanical property, achieves the flame retardant property of A, is extremely low in volumetric water absorption rate, and is suitable for popularization and application.
