Formaldehyde-removing (water-resistant) gypsum board
The invention relates to the technical field of gypsum board preparation, and discloses a formaldehyde-removing (water-resistant) gypsum board, which is specifically prepared from the following components in percentage by weight: 35% of gypsum powder, 20% of modified starch, 25% of aggregate, 7% of a formaldehyde-removing agent, 6% of a water-resistant agent, 4% of an antibacterial agent and 3% of an antioxidant. According to the gypsum board, the aggregate prepared from the modified starch and the twisted fibers is added into the gypsum board, so that the strength and the bending resistance of the gypsum board can be improved, and the situation that the gypsum board is easy to break in the carrying and using processes is avoided. Besides, a formaldehyde purifying agent is further added into the gypsum board, the formaldehyde purifying agent is composed of activated carbon, copper hydroxide and titanium dioxide, formaldehyde can be adsorbed through the activated carbon, then formaldehyde can be decomposed through the copper hydroxide and the titanium dioxide which are loaded on the activated carbon, and therefore the formaldehyde purifying effect is achieved. Wherein copper hydroxide can generate copper ions in the process of decomposing and removing formaldehyde.
本发明涉及石膏板制备技术领域,且公开了一种净醛(耐水)石膏板,具体包括以下按重量百分比计的组分:石膏粉:35%、改性淀粉:20%、骨料:25%、净醛剂:7%、耐水剂:6%、防菌剂:4%、抗氧化剂:3%。通过在石膏板中添加改性淀粉以及捻合纤维制成的骨料,从而可以增大石膏板的强度以及抗折弯性能,避免石膏板在搬运以及使用的过程中,容易发生断裂的情况。此外,在石膏板中还添加了净醛剂,净醛剂由活性炭、氢氧化铜以及二氧化钛组成,通过活性炭可以将甲醛吸附,然后再通过负载在活性炭上的氢氧化铜和二氧化钛可以将甲醛分解,从而起到净醛的作用,并且,其中氢氧化铜在将甲醛分解清除的过程中,会生成铜离子。
