The invention discloses a smart city road marking removing system which comprises a base, a plurality of moving wheels, a heating softening device, a shoveling device, a high-pressure water gun, a control system and a control panel. The moving wheels are arranged below the base. The heating softening device is arranged at the front part of the base. The shoveling device is arranged in the middle of the base and behind the heating softening device in the moving direction of the moving wheels, and the shoveling device comprises a center cylinder, a conveying device, a driving device, a plurality of rotating cylinders, a plurality of buckets, a collecting box and a communicating opening. The high-pressure water gun is installed behind the base. The control panel is arranged on the top of the base. The control system is connected with the heating softening device, the shoveling device, the high-pressure water gun and the control panel. By arranging the center cylinder, the rotating cylinder and the conveying device, the technical problem of how to automatically clean marking residues in the bucket is solved.
