The invention discloses a method and a device for mounting and reinforcing an internal mold of a high tower with a large dip angle. The method comprises the following steps: pre-burying a climbing cone, and constructing a first section of tower column; an opposite-pulling base, an opposite-supporting base and a construction platform are installed on the first section of tower body through a climbing cone; a longitudinal face raising formwork is installed, and the formwork is positioned and reinforced through the opposite-supporting rods and the opposite-pulling screws; mounting a longitudinal bending surface template, and positioning and reinforcing the template through an opposite-pull rod and an opposite-pull screw rod; transverse formworks are installed, the formworks are positioned and reinforced through longitudinal diagonal bracings and tension screws, chamfering formworks are inserted, and installation and reinforcement of the whole inner formwork system are completed; tower body concrete is poured; after the steel bars are installed, the formwork and the previous section of poured tower body are connected through the opposite-pulling structure and the opposite-supporting structure, the adjustable bottom support and the fastener are adjusted, reinforcing and positioning of the bridge tower inner formwork are achieved, the formwork is directly stressed on solid concrete, the reinforcing and positioning effect is good, and the safety quality of bridge tower construction is improved.
