The top face of a curing film is pressed in the downward moving process of a ring roller, the curing film is conveniently pulled out of the surface of a film covering ring in an extrusion mode till the top face of covering fabric is correspondingly covered with the bottom face of the curing film, and when an inner ring frame is pushed to move front and back on the surface of a square and round rod, the curing film is cured. And the ring roller moving front and back can conveniently flatly lay the curing liquid sprayed by the spraying pipe on the top surface of the concrete slab in an extrusion mode, and the ring roller moving front and back can also press the curing film on the top of the concrete slab, so that the curing effect of the concrete slab is improved.
本发明属于混凝土技术领域，尤其公开了一种大体积混凝土建筑的施工工艺，包括以下步骤：S1、在待施工地点设置基板，对基板进行一定的修整、削坡、夯实；S2、在基板顶面铺设钢筋网，然后向基坑内部浇注混凝土，通过振动棒对混凝土进行振捣处理，并对振捣后的混凝土进行抹平，形成混凝土板。本发明通过环辊在下移过程中按压养护膜顶面，通过挤压的方式方便将养护膜从覆膜环表面拉出，直至养护膜底面对应覆盖在覆盖织物顶面，推动内环架在方圆杆表面前后移动时，前后移动的环辊方便将喷洒管喷洒的养护液通过挤压的方式平铺在混凝土板顶面，并且前后移动的环辊也能将养护膜压紧在混凝土板顶部，提高混凝土板的养护效果。
