The invention relates to an on-beam column lifting construction method, which adopts an on-beam column lifting structure and comprises the following steps: S1, building a bent frame and a beam pouring template; s2, mounting a steel reinforcement framework; s3, mounting a bracket; s4, mounting a supporting steel member; s5, concrete is poured; and S6, pouring a formed beam upper column at the top end of the steel column. The top end of the steel column extends out of the concrete transfer beam, pouring of the on-beam column is facilitated, the steel column is reinforced through the steel beam in the concrete transfer beam, the on-beam column formed on the steel column in a pouring mode is more stable, and when the thickness of the concrete transfer beam is large, the on-beam column can still be stably installed on the concrete transfer beam.
