By arranging the reinforcing assembly, arranging the pouring formwork outside the steel beam, bundling the steel reinforcement framework and combining with fixed connection of the steel column, the composite column lifting structure on the beam is formed. When the thickness value of the transfer beam exceeds a conventional value, the strength of the steel beam and the stability of the whole structure are obviously enhanced.
