High-light-transmittance and high-heat-preservation aerogel glass and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses high-light-transmittance and high-heat-preservation aerogel glass and a preparation method thereof. The high-light-transmittance aerogel glass is formed by combining glass, a rubber sealing strip, a super-strong magnetic strip and modified aerogel particles clamped between two glass plates. The aerogel particles are subjected to corona treatment in advance so as to be charged, and the modified aerogel particles are subjected to directional orientation under the action of a magnetic field under the action of Lorentz force. On one hand, the directionally-oriented aerogel particles can reduce scattering of light in the aerogel layer and improve the transmittance of the light; on the other hand, the orientation direction of the aerogel particles is parallel to the glass, and the transmission direction of heat is perpendicular to the glass, so that the orientation direction of the aerogel is perpendicular to the transmission direction of the heat, and the orientation structure perpendicular to the transmission direction of the heat can effectively hinder the transmission of the heat, thereby effectively preventing the conduction of the heat in the aerogel glass. Therefore, the aerogel glass prepared by the preparation method disclosed by the invention shows relatively high visible light transmittance and good thermal insulation performance.
本发明公开了一种高透光高保温气凝胶玻璃及其制备方法,该高透光气凝胶玻璃由玻璃、橡胶密封条、超强磁条及两玻璃板之间所夹的改性气凝胶颗粒组合而成。气凝胶颗粒预先通过电晕处理以带有电荷,改性的气凝胶颗粒在磁场作用下受洛伦兹力发生定向取向。定向取向的气凝胶颗粒一方面可以减少光线在气凝胶层内的散射,提高光线的透过率;另一方面,气凝胶颗粒的取向方向平行于玻璃,热量的传输方向垂直于玻璃,故气凝胶的取向方向与热量的传输方向相垂直,这种垂直热量传输方向的取向结构可有效阻碍热量的传输,进而有效地阻止热量在气凝胶玻璃中的传导。因此,通过本发明做制备的气凝胶玻璃展现出较高的可见光透过率及良好的保温隔热性能。
