The invention relates to the technical field of building construction methods, in particular to a modular pipe burying construction method which comprises the following steps: counting the number and specific positions of pipelines required to penetrate through a wall body according to specific requirements of an engineering project; a corresponding number of prefabricated building blocks are designed according to a statistical result; corresponding pipelines or outer sleeve pipe fittings are pre-buried in the prefabricated building blocks; a positioning calibration system is used for monitoring and adjusting the positions and angles of the prefabricated building blocks in real time in the building process, and accurate arrangement of pipelines and perfect alignment of the prefabricated building blocks are ensured; the prefabricated building blocks with the embedded pipelines are built to the corresponding positions of the wall body according to the design requirements; and the pre-buried pipelines and interfaces are comprehensively checked, so that no leakage is ensured, and the construction and safety standards are met. According to the invention, the complexity of on-site construction is reduced, and errors and adjustment requirements in construction are obviously reduced.
