The invention provides a natural bamboo fiber-containing building cushion material which is formed by sequentially carrying out composite needling on a damp-proof layer and a sound insulation layer, and then carrying out hot drying and cold air shaping to form a finished product, wherein the sound insulation layer is prepared from the following raw materials in percentage by mass through a needling process: 10-20% of natural bamboo fibers; 50%-60% of low-melting-point polyester fiber; and 30-40% of polyester fiber. The preparation method comprises the following steps: S1, proportioning the natural bamboo fibers, the low-melting-point polyester fibers and the polyester fibers required by the sound insulation layer, and needling to obtain the sound insulation layer; s2, matching bamboo fibers, low-melting-point polyester fibers and polyester fibers required by the damp-proof layer, and needling to obtain the damp-proof layer; s3, the damp-proof layer and the sound insulation layer are subjected to hot drying and cold air shaping, and a finished product is obtained. And S4, performing hot press molding on the semi-finished product to obtain a finished product. The building cushion material can be effectively applied to a building wall surface, and has sound insulation, heat preservation and moisture resistance.
本发明提供一种含竹原纤维的建筑垫材,依次由防潮层和隔音层两层复合针刺,再通过热烘、冷风定型形成成品;其中,隔音层由以下质量百分比的原料通过针刺工艺制成:竹原纤维10‑20%;低熔点聚酯纤维50%‑60%;涤纶纤维30‑40%。其制备方法:S1、配比隔音层所需的竹原纤维、低熔点聚酯纤维和涤纶纤维,针刺得隔音层;S2、配比防潮层所需的竹纤维、低熔点聚酯纤维和涤纶纤维,针刺得防潮层;S3、对防潮层和隔音层进行热烘、冷风定型,得成品;S4、对半成品进行热压成型,得成品。本发明使建筑垫材能有效用于建筑墙面,兼顾了隔音、保温、防潮性能。
