【課題】床材上で使用者が転倒したときに使用者の大腿骨に加わる衝撃荷重の模擬的な測定を高精度に実施できるようにすることが強く求められていた。【解決手段】床材と同一材料の評価材9上に錘11を落下させることにより、床材上で人が転倒したときの人の大腿骨に加わる衝撃荷重を模擬的に測定する際に、評価材9と錘11との間に配設される緩衝材10であって、超軟質造形用ウレタン樹脂からなっている。【選択図】図1
