Application of partially calcined dolomite as calcium magnesium concrete expansive agent
The invention discloses application of partially calcined dolomite as a calcium-magnesium concrete expanding agent. The partially calcined dolomite is prepared by the following steps: crushing and grinding dolomite, performing low-temperature partial calcination, and quickly cooling after calcination to obtain the partially calcined dolomite. According to the invention, dolomite powder is taken as a raw material, and a low-temperature partial calcination mode is adopted, so that the prepared expanding agent contains active magnesium oxide, and optionally active calcium oxide, calcium carbonate and impurity components. The high-activity magnesium oxide and the high-activity calcium oxide react with water to respectively form magnesium hydroxide and calcium hydroxide to generate an expansion effect, and meanwhile, the pozzolanic activity of the mineral admixture is excited, so that a compact interface transition region is formed. The expanding agent can be applied to different cement-based materials and concrete materials to reduce shrinkage, and the mechanical property cannot be greatly reduced.
本发明公开一种部分煅烧白云石作为钙镁质混凝土膨胀剂的应用。该部分煅烧白云石通过如下步骤制备得到:将白云石进行破碎粉磨,随后进行低温部分煅烧,煅烧结束后快速冷却得到部分煅烧白云石。本发明以白云石粉为原料,采用低温部分煅烧的方式,制得的膨胀剂中含有活性氧化镁、可选地活性氧化钙、碳酸钙以及杂质组分。高活性氧化镁和高活性氧化钙与水反应分别形成氢氧化镁及氢氧化钙产生膨胀的效果,同时激发矿物掺合料的火山灰活性从而形成紧密的界面过渡区。该膨胀剂可应用于不同水泥基材料以及混凝土材料来减少收缩,且不会导致力学性能大幅下降。
