The powder treating agent is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by mass: 90 to 110 parts of dustproof oil, 5 to 15 parts of slow-release odor removal material, 2 to 8 parts of odor removal material, 2 to 5 parts of nano whisker, 1 to 5 parts of starch ether and 0.1 to 0.5 part of silane coupling agent. When the powder treating agent is used for treating the ceramic tile binding material, dust generated during construction of the ceramic tile binding material can be reduced, and the chemical odor of the ceramic tile binding material can be removed, so that the construction process of the ceramic tile binding material is more environment-friendly; the problems that a large amount of dust is generated and uncomfortable chemical odor is emitted during construction and use of an existing ceramic tile bonding material are solved.
