The invention discloses a marine soft soil toughening nano composite material and an application method thereof. Aiming at the engineering characteristics of high water content, high compressibility, low permeability, low strength, loose soil texture, low shear strength and the like of marine soft soil, the marine soft soil toughening nano composite material is used, so that the mechanical property of a marine soft soil stratum can be effectively cured and enhanced; therefore, the technical problems of marine soft soil stratum shield tunnel construction safety and stratum deformation control are solved. And the marine soft soil toughening nano composite material can be applied in or out of a tunnel according to a shield tunnel construction environment, is suitable for various soft soil stratum toughening projects, and can provide a long-term safety guarantee for engineering construction.
本发明公布一种海相软土增韧纳米复合材料及其应用方法,包括如下组分:水泥200‑300重量份,改性纳米碳纤维5‑8重量份,改性纳米玄武岩纤维10‑15重量份、粉煤灰5‑10重量份、石英砂3‑5重量份、生石灰20‑30重量份、添加剂70‑100重量份、水600‑700重量份。本发明通过针对海相软土含水量高、压缩性大、渗透性低、强度低、土质松散、抗剪强度低等工程特性,通过使用该海相软土增韧纳米复合材料,可以有效固化和增强海相软土地层的力学性能,以此解决海相软土地层盾构隧道施工安全与地层变形控制的技术难题。并且海相软土增韧纳米复合材料的应用可以根据盾构隧道施工环境选择洞内或者洞外开展,适用于多种软土地层增韧工程,能够为工程建设提供长久的安全保障。
