Nano-crystal ferrite soft magnetic composite material and preparation method thereof
The invention provides a nano-crystal ferrite soft magnetic composite material and a preparation method thereof. The material includes the following raw materials: Ni(NO3)2.6H2O, MnCl2.4H2O, Mg(NO3)2.6H2O and Fe(NO3)3.9H2O according to the molar ratio of (4-1)mol:(1-4)mol:5mol:20mol, wherein (Ni(NO3)2.6H2O+MnCl2.4H2O):Mg(NO3)2.6H2O = 1:1. The preparation method of preparing the high-permeability nano-crystal ferrite soft magnetic composite material includes the following steps: material preparation, mixing, pre-burning, roasting, moulding and sintering. In the invention, by means of a substitution reaction of a high-spinning divalent cation Mn<2+>, the nano-crystal Ni-Mn-Mg ferrite soft magnetic composite material is prepared, wherein the Mn<2+> substitute is mainly used for accelerating crystal growth and maintaining consistency of particle distribution of the compound components, so that a sintered and moulded magnetic core has higher initial permeability and degree of magnetic saturation, and is greatly improved in magnetic hysteresis, eddy-current loss and the like.
