The invention relates to a preparation method of a road pavement subbase material, which comprises the following steps: obtaining raw materials meeting index conditions, the raw materials being industrial byproduct gypsum, cement, a curing agent and water; the raw materials are mixed and stirred uniformly to obtain a mixture which is the road pavement subbase material. Wherein the mixing amount of the cement is 3-9%, the mixing amount of the curing agent is 150-500ml/m < 3 >, and the water content of the mixture is regulated to be 25 +/-2% by using water. The road pavement subbase material prepared by the invention has relatively high compressive strength and good water resistance, has excellent water stability, impermeability and anti-scouring performance, can effectively prolong the service life of a road, and can solve the social problems and ecological environment problems caused by excessive accumulation of industrial byproduct gypsum at the same time.
本发明涉及一种道路路面底基层材料的制备方法,包括:获取符合指标条件的原材料,原材料为工业副产石膏、水泥、固化剂及水;将各原材料混合搅拌均匀,获得混合料,该混合料即道路路面底基层材料;其中,水泥掺量为3~9%,固化剂掺量为150~500ml/m3,以水调节混合料的含水率为25±2%。本发明制备获得的道路路面底基层材料具有较高的抗压强度和良好的抗水性能,并且具有优良的水稳定性、抗渗性能以及抗冲刷性能,能有效延长道路的使用寿命,同时能解决工业副产石膏过度堆积带来的社会问题和生态环境问题。
