PRODUCTION METHOD OF SUBBASE MATERIAL FOR ROAD
To improve a commodity value of slag having a small particle size by effectively utilizing the slag having a small particle size, which has not been used as a resource when producing a sub-base material.SOLUTION: A production method of a subbase material for road of the present invention is characterized in that a compound obtained by blending steel slag, coal ash, and a binder bonded by hydration is granulated, and, when obtaining a subbase material for a road by aging after granulation, the steel slag is grained, and by limiting particles having a particle size of 75 μm or smaller to 4% or lower and by setting a largest particle size of all particles to 12.5 mm or smaller, and, to a total granulated material, the steel slag is made to contain 20 mass% or larger and 75 mass% or smaller, the coal ash is made to contain larger than 10 mass% and 75 mass% or smaller, and the binder is made to contain larger than 1 mass% and 20 mass% or smaller.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】路盤材を製造するに際して、従来は用いられていなかった粒径が小さいスラグを資源として有効活用し、粒径が小さいスラグの商品価値を向上させる。【解決手段】本発明の道路用路盤材の製造方法は、鉄鋼スラグと、石炭灰と、水和により結合する結合剤と、を配合した配合物を造粒し、造粒後にエージング処理を行って道路用路盤材を得るに際して、鉄鋼スラグを粒体とするとともに、粒径75μm以下を4%以下に制限し且つ全体の粒度中で最大の粒径を12.5mm以下とし、造粒物全体に対して、鉄鋼スラグを、20質量%より多く且つ75質量%以下含むようにし、石炭灰を、10質量%より多く且つ75質量%以下含むようにし、結合剤を、1質量%より多く且つ20質量%以下含むようにすることを特徴とする。【選択図】図1
