The transmission assembly is arranged to enable the movable plate to reciprocate, so that the movable plate makes contact with a foundation when the tamping plate conducts tamping, the movable plate is retracted when the tamping plate prepares to conduct tamping, the contact area with the foundation can be reduced, and therefore the device can be moved in a small range, the tamping position of the device is changed, and the convenience is greatly improved.
