The invention discloses an artificial pile-forming construction method for steep terrains, which comprises the following steps: taking a filling and digging boundary line as a boundary line, building a semi-annular double-layer wall body by using high-strength red bricks in a downhill direction, filling pebble concrete between the double-layer wall body to form a platform supporting structure, and arranging a semi-annular reinforced concrete cover plate above the supporting structure to form a part of operation platform; in the upslope direction of the filling and excavating boundary line, the slope body is excavated to form a plane to obtain the other part of the operation platform, the pile opening is formed in the operation platform, and the upslope slope is slope surface sprayed concrete. The current situation that a conventional machine cannot reach under the terrain is solved, and under the working condition of manual hole pile forming, an operation platform is built and formed for manual pile forming operation; and disturbance in the construction process is little, digging and filling are little, the workload of manual operation is greatly reduced, and follow-up manual pile forming operation is facilitated.
本发明公开一种陡峭地形人工成桩施工方法,以填挖边界线为分界线,下坡方向用高强红砖砌出半环形的双层墙体,双层墙体之间填充小石子混凝土形成平台支撑结构,在支撑结构上方设置半环形的钢筋混凝土盖板形成一部分操作平台;在填挖边界线的上坡方向,开挖坡体形成平面得到另一部分操作平台,桩口设置在操作平台上,上坡斜面为坡面喷砼。本发明解决此地形下常规机械无法到达的现状,在人工成孔桩的作业条件下,搭建形成操作平台进行人工成桩作业;施工过程扰动少,少挖少填,大幅减少了人工作业的工作量,利于后续人工成桩的操作。
