Excavation method for rectangular pile foundation of steep bedrock terrain in mountainous area
The excavation method comprises the following construction steps that (1) a stable and reliable pile foundation locking opening, a construction platform, a safety channel and protection are constructed, disturbance of a hole opening and rock mass above the hole opening is reduced, and the rock falling risk is reduced; (2) excavating along the contour line of the pile foundation by a water milling drill, calculating parameters such as weak blasting excavation and charging of a reserved core rock stratum according to lithology and the like, reducing disturbance to surrounding rock mass in a hole, ensuring the stability of the rock mass and reducing the risk of hole collapse; and (3) according to the rock mass disturbance and lithology, the wall protection construction thickness is calculated, and wall protection concrete is poured. In addition, a zero-filling-digging construction mode is adopted in the fore shaft, and the risk of hole collapse is effectively reduced; according to the construction steps, compared with a conventional water milling drill, pile body excavation is faster in construction progress, and the construction period cost is reduced; compared with blasting excavation, disturbance to surrounding rock is reduced, the hole collapse risk is greatly reduced, the rock mass stability is ensured, and the safety of a main body structure is ensured.
本发明公开了一种山区陡峭基岩地形矩形桩基的开挖方法,施工步骤如下:(1)构建一个稳定、可靠的桩基锁口、施工平台、安全通道及防护,降低孔口及上方岩体扰动,减少落石风险;(2)水磨钻沿桩基轮廓线开挖,再根据岩性等计算预留核心岩层采用弱爆破开挖、装药等参数,降低对孔内周边岩体扰动,确保岩体稳定性,减少塌孔风险;(3)根据岩体扰动及岩性计算出护壁施工厚度,浇筑护壁砼。另外,锁口采用“零填挖”施工方式,有效降低孔口塌方风险;根据本专利所述的施工步骤,桩身开挖对比常规水磨钻施工进度快,降低工期成本;较爆破开挖也减少了对周边围岩的扰动,极大的降低了塌孔风险,并确保了岩体稳定性,保证主体结构安全。
