The two assembling units connected to the two ends of the pushing unit respectively are butt joint units, the pushing unit comprises a fixed part and a movable part, the movable part is connected with one butt joint unit, the fixed part is connected with the other butt joint unit, and the movable part can move in the circumferential direction relative to the fixed part. The fabricated ring beam is provided with the pushing units with the adjustable pushing force, and the adaptive capacity of the fabricated ring beam to deformation of an enclosure structure wall is good.
