The invention provides a fabricated prestressed hollow concrete supporting beam and a construction method. The supporting beam comprises a plurality of prefabricated concrete beam components which are spliced in the beam length direction through a post-tensioning method by adopting prestressed tendons, and the two ends of the spliced prefabricated concrete beam components are connected with foundation pit surrounding purlins through cast-in-place concrete sections; the prefabricated concrete beam component comprises a concrete hollow beam and steel structure connecting pieces arranged at the two ends of the concrete hollow beam, a steel reinforcement framework and reserved holes allowing prestressed tendons to penetrate through are arranged in the concrete hollow beam, and the two ends of the steel reinforcement framework are connected with the steel structure connecting pieces correspondingly. Prestressed tendons arranged in the reserved holes in a penetrating mode penetrate through the two ends of the prefabricated concrete beam component in the beam length direction and are connected to anchorage devices, and the anchorage devices are anchored into the cast-in-place concrete section. The purposes of shortening the construction period, reducing the manufacturing cost, and being safe and reliable are achieved.
本发明提供一种装配式预应力空心混凝土支撑梁及施工方法,支撑梁包括采用预应力筋通过后张法沿梁长方向拼接的若干个预制混凝土梁构件,且拼接完成的若干个预制混凝土梁构件的两端通过现浇混凝土段与基坑围檩连接;预制混凝土梁构件包括混凝土空心梁以及设置于混凝土空心梁两端的钢结构连接件,混凝土空心梁的内部配置有钢筋骨架和供预应力筋贯穿的预留孔洞,钢筋骨架的两端分别与钢结构连接件连接,穿设于预留孔洞中的预应力筋沿梁长方向贯穿预制混凝土梁构件的两端并连接于锚具,锚具锚入现浇混凝土段。本发明实现缩短工期,减少造价,安全可靠的目的。
