Construction method for protecting building off-site repair
The invention provides a construction method for off-site repair of a protection building, which comprises the following steps of: translating the protection building to an off-site middle site, and supporting the protection building by adopting a temporary support; a grouting sleeve is reserved on a top plate of the basement; constructing a pier column support; a supporting platform is constructed on the pier column supports, and threaded sleeves are pre-embedded in the positions, corresponding to the permanent structure columns, of the top face and the bottom face of the supporting platform; the protection building is underpinned to the supporting platform, first permanent column steel bars are installed in the first threaded sleeves, and internal frame structure construction of the protection building is conducted; the supporting platform and the protection building are moved back, second permanent column steel bars are installed in second threaded sleeves, the second permanent column steel bars are connected with the grouting sleeves, and fixing of the supporting platform and the top plate of the basement is achieved; and repairing and protecting the external facade of the building and performing decoration construction. According to the method, the repairing procedure is preposed, the repairing construction period is greatly shortened, and transportation of construction tools and materials is facilitated.
本发明提供了一种保护建筑场外修缮的施工方法，其包括以下步骤：将保护建筑平移至场外中间址的位置，采用临时支撑对保护建筑进行支撑；在地下室的顶板上预留灌浆套筒；建造墩柱支撑；于墩柱支撑上施工支撑平台，且使支撑平台的顶面和底面在对应永久结构柱的位置预埋螺纹套筒；将保护建筑托换至支撑平台上，在第一螺纹套筒内安装第一永久柱钢筋，进行保护建筑的内部框架结构施工；将支撑平台和保护建筑回迁，通过在第二螺纹套筒内安装第二永久柱钢筋，使第二永久柱钢筋与灌浆套筒连接，实现支撑平台与地下室的顶板固定；修缮保护建筑的外立面和装饰装修施工。本发明将修缮工序前置，大大缩短了修缮施工周期，且方便施工工具及材料的运输。
