Tunnel arch changing construction method
The invention discloses a tunnel arch changing construction method. The method comprises the following steps: consolidating surrounding rock in a tunnel arch changing range by adopting radial grouting; performing grouting locking anchor pipe construction on the arch-replacement-free unit; then primary support concrete of an arch changing unit is chiseled away, an arch frame is dismantled, and excavation and support construction in an arch changing range is conducted after dismantling is completed and comprises section expanding excavation, advanced grouting small guide pipe construction, arch frame installation, connection bar installation, net hanging and concrete spraying and arch frame grouting locking anchor pipe construction; and primarily spraying concrete to seal the rock surface after the arch-changing section is excavated in an expanding manner. According to the method, radial grouting and advanced grouting small guide pipes are adopted to conduct grouting consolidation on the tunnel arch changing range, frequent chipping and even collapse in the tunnel broken surrounding rock excavation process are avoided, primary concrete spraying sealing is conducted on the rock face after arch changing section expanding excavation, and the risk of chipping and collapse of the rock face is reduced; and an arch frame grouting locking anchor pipe of the arch-replacing-free unit is additionally arranged, an original arch frame is reinforced, and deformation and slip collapse of an initial support of the arch-replacing-free unit caused by arch replacement are avoided.
本发明公开了一种隧洞换拱施工方法,包括:采取径向注浆对隧洞换拱范围围岩进行固结;进行不换拱单元注浆锁脚锚管施工;再进行换拱单元初支混凝土凿除及拱架拆除,拆除完成后进行换拱范围开挖支护施工,包括断面扩挖、超前注浆小导管施工、拱架安装、联系筋安装、挂网喷混凝土及拱架注浆锁脚锚管施工;换拱断面扩挖后岩面进行初喷混凝土封闭。本发明采取径向注浆加超前注浆小导管对隧洞换拱范围进行注浆固结,避免隧洞破碎围岩开挖过程频繁掉块甚至塌方,通过对换拱断面扩挖后岩面进行初喷混凝土封闭,降低岩面掉块、溜塌风险;增加不换拱单元拱架注浆锁脚锚管,对原有拱架进行加固,避免因换拱导致不换拱单元初支变形、溜塌。
