The invention provides a simulation prefabricated column grouting construction method and model, and belongs to the technical field of building construction.The method comprises the following steps that S1, acrylic plates are adopted, and a prefabricated column grouting model is assembled; s2, the model is connected with a water tank through a rubber pipe, and manual prefabricated column grouting simulation operation is conducted through grouting hole water filling; s3, erecting a camera on one side of the model, and performing image acquisition on the whole simulation process of the model through a three-dimensional laser scanning technology for visual display; s4, bidirectional observation is conducted on prefabricated column grouting through actual operation and visual display, and an optimization scheme is obtained; and S5, actual prefabricated column grouting construction is conducted on the basis of the optimization scheme. The problems that most of existing simulations are construction animation simulations, the grouting construction technology of the prefabricated column cannot be truly displayed, and the tutoring effect on the aspect of actual operation is not large are solved.
本发明提供了一种模拟预制柱灌浆施工方法及模型，属于建筑施工技术领域，包括以下步骤：S1，采用亚克力板，拼装出预制柱灌浆模型；S2，通过胶管将模型与水箱连接，通过注浆孔灌水进行人工预制柱灌浆模拟操作；S3，在模型的一侧架设摄像机，并通过三维激光扫描技术，对模型模拟的全过程进行图像的采集，进行可视化的展示；S4，通过实际操作和可视化的展示对预制柱灌浆进行双向的观察，得到优化方案；S5，基于优化方案进行实际的预制柱灌浆施工。解决了现有模拟大部分为施工动画模拟，不足以真实展现预制柱灌浆施工工艺，对于实际操作方面的辅导作用不大的问题。
