The invention discloses a post-grouting prefabricated constructional column member, which is used for being mounted in a wall body and comprises more than one member main reinforcements which are annularly distributed, stirrups which are used for binding the member main reinforcements and form pre-buried spaces in the middles of the member main reinforcements, and more than one anchoring steel bars which transversely penetrate through the member main reinforcements and extend towards two sides, the grouting pipe is inserted into the pre-buried space of the component main reinforcement, the concrete structure is formed in a pouring mode and wraps the component main reinforcement, the anchoring reinforcement extends out of the concrete structure, and a plurality of grouting branch pipes are arranged on the grouting pipe. Compared with cast-in-place, the quality of the post-grouting prefabricated constructional column component is better guaranteed, the post-grouting prefabricated constructional column component can be effectively controlled, materials used for turnover are reduced, environmental protection is facilitated, and material input is reduced.
