The invention relates to the field of concrete, and particularly discloses high-sealing waterproof concrete and a preparation method thereof.The high-sealing waterproof concrete is prepared from, by weight, 50-95 parts of cement, 150-200 parts of coarse aggregate, 110-150 parts of fine aggregate, 15-30 parts of mineral materials, 10-20 parts of waterproof agent, 0.5-1.5 parts of water reducing agent, 10-20 parts of ceramsite, 1.5-4 parts of acrylic emulsion and 30-55 parts of water. The preparation method of the high-sealing waterproof concrete comprises the following steps: preparing the waterproof agent; the ceramsite is soaked in a bicarbonate solution and then roasted, acrylic emulsion is added into the roasted ceramsite, heating and stirring are conducted, and dry ceramsite particles are obtained; and material mixing: uniformly stirring and mixing the cement, the coarse aggregate, the fine aggregate, the mineral material, the waterproof agent, the water reducing agent, the ceramsite particles and the water according to the formula ratio. The prepared concrete has excellent anti-permeability and waterproof performance and good compressive strength.
