The invention discloses a sludge-based flow pouring type aerated unfired ceramsite lightweight aggregate and a preparation method thereof. The unfired ceramsite lightweight aggregate is prepared from the following raw materials: dewatered cement cakes, cement, a soil stabilizer, an exciting agent, a foaming agent and water. The weight percentage of each component in the solid raw material meets the following conditions: 20-50% of dewatered cement cake, 40-70% of cement, and 5-10% of # imgabs0 # exciting agent of which the soil stabilizer is the mass of the cement; the addition amount of the air bubbles is 100-300% of the total volume of the solid raw materials. The invention aims to utilize river and lake sludge dewatered cement cakes to replace natural clay to prepare the ceramsite, so that a large amount of oxides in the sludge are fully utilized, and pollutants in the sludge are solidified; meanwhile, in order to overcome the defect of high density of the unfired ceramsite, air bubbles are introduced, so that a honeycomb-shaped pore structure is formed in the unfired ceramsite, and the density of the ceramsite is reduced.
