LC80 lightweight high-strength pumping ceramsite concrete and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses LC80 light high-strength pumping ceramsite concrete and a preparation method thereof. The concrete comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 560-580 parts of a cementing material; 160 to 180 parts of mixing water; 20 to 30 parts of talcum powder; 550 to 590 parts of ceramsite; 320 to 360 parts of pottery sand; 40 to 50 parts of glass beads; 10 to 20 parts of steel fiber; and 8-14 parts of a polycarboxylic acid water reducer. According to the invention, gaps of a rubber material-aggregate system are filled according to a close packing theory so as to increase compactness, talcum powder is used for improving the flowing property of the high-strength concrete, and the used ceramsite and pottery sand have the advantage of being free of pre-wetting and are efficient and accurate in pumping construction. Meanwhile, the steel fibers can form a network-shaped structure, and the problems that conventional light high-strength concrete aggregate floats upwards and is poor in uniformity are solved.
本发明公开了一种LC80轻质高强泵送陶粒混凝土及其制备方法,该混凝土包括如下重量份数的原料:胶凝材料560‑580份;拌合水160‑180份;滑石粉20‑30份;陶粒550‑590份;陶砂320‑360份;玻璃微珠40‑50份;钢纤维10‑20份;聚羧酸减水剂8‑14份。本发明中胶材‑骨料体系依据紧密堆积理论填充空隙以增加密实度,使用滑石粉改善高强混凝土流动性能,所用陶粒和陶砂具有免预湿的优势,在泵送施工上高效精准。同时钢纤维能形成网络状结构,改善常规轻质高强混凝土骨料上浮、均匀性差的问题。
