Sulfate radicals in the electrolytic manganese residues and alkali in the red mud can be subjected to alkali-double salt excitation with the regulator, the hydration rate and reaction degree of the material are increased, the strength of the cementing material is improved, and generated ettringite and zeolite-like hydration products can block pores of concrete and improve the compactness; the fine aggregate and the coarse aggregate are combined, so that the flexural-tensile strength and the wear resistance of the concrete are improved.
